Amazing Unit |

Installed last weekend in my 500 square foot loft just as the June temperatures here are starting bust into the 100s. All I can say is "Wow!" It is super quiet. After running about 30 minutes, I judged there to be 3 or more cups of water in the drain line so it does great in dehumidifying the air. Was only pulling 6 amps at the breaker box so Inverter technology is definitely the way to go. The only two issues I've had are: 1) Because of the bends in the copper tubing coming through the wall hole, the unit would not quite sit flush against the wall at the bottom. No big deal as I'll just frame around it. 2) Customer service needs tweaking. Emails take several days to get a reply and when I called in I was on hold for quite a while. Neither of these issues is enough to lower the rating in my opinion because this unit is so great. So far I would highly recommend it, especially before the tax credit expires. I only hope it heats as good as it cools.
